Frequently asked questions
- What is the difference between HACCP and ISO 22000?
- HACCP is a method for controlling food safety hazards. ISO 22000 integrates HACCP into a full management system with leadership, prerequisite programmes, communication and improvement — and can be certified by an accredited body.
- Which parts of the food chain can be certified?
- Any organisation in the food chain, within the categories covered by our accreditation — processing, storage, distribution and catering among them.
- How much does ISO 22000 certification cost?
- We do not publish fixed prices; the quote depends on the food-chain category, products, sites and HACCP studies.
